Where’s the Beach? In Stead Race Bible

Location: The race start finish is located at the community centre in Stead Manitoba.

Drive North on Highway 59 towards Grand Beach and proceed to Stead. You can also go further up 59 and turn right on highway 304, follow the signs to Stead.

Registration: All advance registration is online only.  Same day registration is in-person, print off an entry and waiver form and bring  cash or a cheque to the race. You do not need and MCA license to enter this event, we will be getting event insurance for this event.

Ages: 15+ as of December 31, 2012

Distances: Bike – 33 km (1 lap), 66 km (2 laps), 100 km (3 laps); Run – 33km (1 lap)

Start times: 9:00 AM for the 3 lap bike and the run, 9:30 AM for the 2 lap, 10:30 AM for the 1 lap

Costs: $50, includes food ticket and eligibility for draw prizes

Other information:

Cut off times for the 2 and 3 lap race will be enforced, you will not be permitted to start your last lap after 1:00 pm. The 100 km race is intended for strong and experienced cyclists.

Food tickets for spectators and family members can be purchased for $10 by Friday, June 30, 2012 – no food will be available for sale at the race site without a pre-puchased food ticket.
